WE DID IT AGAIN!!!

If not for a bobbled snap on the Colt's first extra point attempt our 30-17 prediction would have been right on the money. Regardless, it was another highly profitable Super Bowl as the side and total were both WINNERS!

5 * * * * *  Indianapolis (-7) over Chicago  WINNER

Don't be fooled into thinking the Bears are back to being the powerhouse they were the first half of the season. Their win over the Saints in the NFC Championship game was just a smoke screen. The Bears defense played average at best aided by a torn up Soldier Field turf. With two weeks to prepare, look for Peyton Manning to shred this defense on Sunday with a sharp performance. We have a hunch Manning will seize the moment and have a big game... The Bears offense won't be able to hide Rex Grossman. The Colts defense will stymie the Chicago ground game and force Grossman to beat them through the air. Given Grossman's below average ability to recognize certain defensive schemes, look for Colts head man Tony Dungy to give him an array of different exotic looks on defense. That's the difference between Manning and Grossman. Manning can read a defense at the line of scrimmage and know what they are going to do. Grossman can not. And that will be the difference in this game... Prediction:  Colts 30 - Bears 17

TRENDS: Chicago is 1-12 ATS following back-to-back games in which they scored 25 points or more... The Bears are 1-7 ATS off a turnover margin of +4 or better in their previous game...
